聖霊女子短期大学「菅野ゼミ」の卒業研究
This site is the official homepage of the Seirei Women's Jr. College Graduation Study by Ms. Sugano.
We are learning about our hometown "Akita".
We have researched a variety of topics related to Akita such as history, traditional arts, culture, business, and so on.
We also have visited some places to find points of interest in Akita. Due to coronavirus, our local festivals and events have been cancelled this year, so we decided to make some videos to introduce Akita to people from all over the world.
We hope you enjoy watching our videos and pictures about Akita.
We are all waiting for you to come to Akita after this coronavirus emergency!
私たちは地元秋田について、歴史、伝統芸能、文化、ビジネスなど様々な角度から学んでいます。
また、秋田の魅力を見つけるために秋田県内の地域を訪問しています。
今年はコロナウィルスの影響で様々な祭りや行事が中止となっていますが、だからこそ秋田を世界の人たちに知ってもらうための動画を作りました。

Seirei Women's Junior College has one department called the Life and Culture Department that includes three courses which are "Life and Culture", "Life and Childcare", and "Health and Nutrition". We have many graduates who are active in various fields.
本学生活文化科では生活文化、生活こども、健康栄養の3つの専攻を設置しており、多くの卒業生が社会で活躍し地域や企業から高い関心を得ています。

We have four compulsory subjects, "Christianity", "Women's Studies", "Experience Learning", and "Career Design", to accomplish our educational philosophy. With small-group instruction, we cherish each student's character to help lead them towards achieving their dream.
本学の教育目標を実現するための特色あるカリキュラムとして「キリスト教学」「女性論」「体験学習」「キャリアデザイン」を共通科目として開設しています。少人数教育のもと、学生1人ひとりの個性を大切にし、将来の夢の実現に向けてサポートしています。
Biography
Lecturer KAORU SUGANO
Lecturer Kaoru Sugano is a faculty member of the Life and Culture Department at Seirei Women's Junior College. Ms. Sugano teaches Graduation Study, TOEIC I/II, TOEFL I/II, Essay and Writing, and Women's Studies.
Ms. Sugano was graduated from Notre Dame of Maryland University's Communication Arts Dept. She completed her masters in English at Nagoya Gakuin University Graduate School. She has worked at the Akita Board of Education as an Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs)' interpreter before working at Seirei.

菅野 薫
生活文化科生活文化専攻 講師
聖霊女子短期大学生活文化科生活文化専攻に所属し、卒業研究、TOEIC IおよびII、TOEFLIおよびII、Essay and Writing、女性論を指導している。
同講師はメリーランド州のノートルダム大学を卒業し、名古屋学院大学大学院で外国語学研究科英語学専攻を修了した。本学への勤務前は秋田市教育委員会で外国語指導助手（ALT）の通訳として働いた。
